MACHINING SERVICES WE PROVIDE
CNC BORING & ROUTING
Our 3 CNC machines are capable of surface and edge boring and routing of parts with an accuracy of +/- .0001 of an inch.
CUT TO SIZE PARTS
Our CNC beam saw is capable of cutting up to 2" thick material within a 1/32" tolerance. We can cut laminated boards, solid wood, plastics - pretty much any material that can be cut with a carbide blade.
STRAIGHT LINE EDGEBANDING
Our Biesse Akron 1440 edgebander has a part size capacity of 3/8" to 2" thick and an edge thickness of .4mm-12mm. Edges can be applied to parts with 3 different gluing methods - traditional hot melt adhesive, Polyurethane Reactive adhesives (PUR), or Hot Air (AirForce) zero-edge method.
